Byron C. Winborne grew up in Waxahachie, Texas before attending Texas A&M University at Galveston, where he received his B.A. in Maritime Studies. Mr. Winborne then studied at the University of North Texas Dallas College of Law, where he was on the Dean's list and graduated cum laude. Mr. Winborne builds on his experience of growing up with a number of lawyers in his family – including his father, who was a lawyer in the Ellis County area.
