Byron C. Winborne
Byron C. Winborne grew up in Waxahachie, Texas before attending Texas A&M University at Galveston, where he received his B.A. in Maritime Studies. Mr. Winborne then studied at the University of North Texas Dallas College of Law, where he was on the Dean's list and graduated cum laude. Mr. Winborne builds on his experience of growing up with a number of lawyers in his family – including his father, who was a lawyer in the Ellis County area for over 20 years.
Mr. Winborne is licensed to practice law by the Supreme Court of Texas. He is also a member of the Family Law Section of the Texas State Bar, Texas Criminal Defense Lawyer's Association, and the Ellis County Bar Association, the former criminal defense attorney member of the Ellis County Bail Bond Board, and the City Prosecutor for the City of Oak Leaf, Texas.
